Turbo "Improved"

Turbo focuses on being a game mode where you could have a casual and fun match of Dota 2 in less than 30 minutes... However, the latest changes have turned it into a "more serious" mode and even with matches that can last as long as a ranked, as well as having details and heroes that don't adapt properly.

Balanced Energy tries to recover the fun and duration (less than 30 minutes) of Turbo at the same time as solving bugs and balancing heroes, abilities and items. Open to suggestions from players to implement the changes as quickly as possible.

Gameplay Updates

General Changes

    Before reading

    This is an Alpha version! This means that the changes presented here are mostly personal proposals (from the author of the game mode) that may not be the best for the balance of the game.

    Balanced Energy seeks people with a deep understanding of the game to apply the changes they believe are necessary.



    Laning

    • Gold Tick Time changed to 0.2 1 gold every 0.2 seconds
    • Obtaining 10% additional XP
    • Respawn Time reduced by 0.3% (Max Time: 70 seconds)

    Tier 1 Towers Tier 1 towers can protect you better only during the first few minutes.

    • Bottom and Top: damage increased from 100-120 to 110-130
    • Bottom and Top: physical armor reduced from 17 to 13
    • Midlane: damage increased from 100-120 to 120-130
    • Midlane: attack rate reduced from 1.0 to 0.95
    • Midlane: physical armor reduced from 17 to 14

    Tier 2 Towers

    • Bottom and Top: damage increased from 142-162 to 152-172
    • Midlane: damage increased from 142-162 to 162-172
    • Midlane: attack rate reduced from 0.95 to 0.90

    Tier 3 Towers

    • Bottom and Top: damage increased from 142-162 to 152-172
    • Midlane: damage increased from 142-162 to 162-172
    • Midlane: attack rate reduced from 0.95 to 0.90

    Tier 4 Towers

    • Damage increased from 142-162 to 162-172
    • Attack rate reduced from 0.95 to 0.85

    Fountain

    • HP regen increased from 6% to 8%
    • Damage increased from 220-240 to 420-460

    Roshan

    • Respawn Time reduced from 8-11 to 5-6 minutes
    • First death and onwards, he will drop the Aegis of the Immortal and the Cheese.
    • Second death and onwards, he will drop the Refresher Shard and transfer "Spirit of Roshan" to his killer Spirit of Roshan: Buff that gives 20% of additional damage and your attacks cause burns dealing damage over time

    30+ minutesIf the match reaches 30 minutes will begin to apply the changes mentioned.

    • Gold Tick Time reduced to 0.1 (1 gold every 0.1 seconds)
    • Fountain: HP and Mana Regen reduced to 4%
    • Creeps: Movement speed increased by 20%
    • Creeps: Physical Armor reduced by 2.0
    • Towers: Physical Armor reduced by 13.0
    • Towers: Attack Speed reduced by 1.0 second
    • Heroes: Cooldown (all abilities) reduced by 10%
    • Heroes: Respawn Time increased by 0.6% (Max Time: 130 seconds)

    10 vs 10Select the "dota10" map to play 10vs10 mode

    • Additional XP increased from 10% to 20%
    • Respawn Time reduction decreased from 0.3% to 0.2% (Max Time: 100 seconds)
    • Courier: Bonus Movement Speed increased from 40% to 60% (Ground: 607, Flying: 719)
    • 30+ minutes: Heroes: Respawn Time increased by 0.8% (Max Time: 160 seconds)

Item Changes

Courier:

  • Only one courier, free!
  • Movement speed increased by 40% Ground: 380 -> 532
    Flying: 450 -> 630
  • Vision increased from 350 to 500
  • Movement Turn Rate increased from 0.5 to 2.0

Observer Ward:

  • Cost reduced from 80 to 50
  • Duration reduced from 6 minutes to 4 minutes

Sentry Wards:

  • Cost reduced from 100 to 70
  • Duration reduced from 4 to 1 minute

Dust of Appearance:

  • True sight duration increased from 12 to 14 seconds

Mekansm:

  • Cooldown increased from 65 to 70
  • Heal amount increased from 250 to 300
  • Heal bonus armor increased from 2 to 3

Guardian Greaves:

  • Cooldown increased from 40 to 45
  • Armor aura increased from 2 to 3
  • Heal amount increased from 250 to 300

Linken's Orb:New Item

    • Cost: 1000

    • Provides:
        +0.75 Mana Regen

      Active:
        Creates a shield that blocks most targeted spells for 0.5 seconds.
        CD: 18


Linken's Sphere:Recipe Changed

  • Now requires Linken's Orb instead of a Recipe
  • Cooldown increased from 13 to 16

Hand of Midas:Item Removed

  • Hand of Midas has been removed from the game.

Tome of Knowledge:Item Removed

  • Tome of Knowledge has been removed from the game.

Aegis of Immortality:

  • Expiration time reduced from 5 to 3 minutes.

Hero Changes

Nature's Prophet:
